I am looking for a trailer axle that measures 67 and 1/4 from Spring to Spring 5 bolt pattern

How wide is your trailer axle from the hub face to the hub face? The spring seat measurement is helpful but they can be easily moved. I need to know the hub face spacing to track down a replacement option.
Also which 5 bolt pattern do you have? 5 on 4-1/2 or 5 on 3/4? I have linked a help article below that will show you how to measure your bolt pattern.
I attached a diagram below that will show you where to measure.
