Hey David! The Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All-Terrain, Nighthawk, and Sterling Tow Bar Adapter for Blue Ox Base Plates # RM-031-5 you looked at is the correct adapter. This will let you connect your Roadmaster Nighthawk # RM-676 to your Blue Ox base plate on your Jeep.
