Question:
21 f350 trailer brakes not working. 3 axle electric over hydraulic disc brakes. Truck is not sending 12v power to battery which is needed to work. I am wondering what your recommendation is to fix it. Sounds like a common deal on ford integrated brake controller

Hey Jeremy, the simplest solution would be to bypass the 12 volt accessory circuit of your 7-way by running a wire directly to it like with the part # 10-1-1 for wire (sold by foot) through a breaker like # 9510. This would allow this circuit to be active all the time which would allow your actuator to be active like it needs to be. Does your controller have a hydraulic mode too that maybe you haven't activated?

Thank you, I did set it to electric over hydraulic. I will check with ford to see if they have an update. Otherwise I will wire it directly like you said.
