Hey Ronald, sounds like you do quite a bit of towing. To replace just the 7-Way/4-Way connector, you can use the Hopkins Endurance Quick-Install Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 7-Blade item # HM47200. This has all the wiring connections you need to plug into your existing set up.

To replace the 4-Way connector, I recommend using the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118551. Tekonsha harnesses have the reputation for being more reliable.

Are you always towing the same trailer? You may have a bad ground or a fault somewhere in your wiring that's shorting out your connector.

I damaged one of my taillights on the trailer and a I was checking connections on the escape I noticed erosion On one of the pins from salt. This harness is only about 4 years old.

@Ronald Yeah that explains it. Salt likes to eat those connectors up. Try regularly using the Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors, 2 oz item # 11755 on your new connector. It's water resistant and is designed to prevent corrosion. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
