Troubleshooting a Trailer Wiring Not Working

Question:

i followed the instructions beginning to end. the lights on the car are fine. no lights on the trailer. when testing the ground i had ground but it was minus voltage on my tester. so had to have ground to get a reading. still no lights. what is the problem?

Not sure what part you're talking about because I didn't see any order number but for adequate grounding, your multimeter should read about 0.3 ohms.

Did you check your fuses? What part are you talking about?
