Hi, which dometic Smartstart will work with my Dometic brisk air 457918.701c0 ? Thanks

The only type of Smartstart set up we have for a Dometic Brisk Air Unit is the SoftStartRV Soft Start for Single Zone Air Conditioner Setup item # SSR54FR. It'll accomplish the same thing by reducing the amps needed when your AC kicks on. You'll just need to wire it in.

If you have a dual zone system you'll need the SoftStartRV Soft Start for Dual Zone Air Conditioner Setup item # SSR44FR.

Thank You.So I found that the Brisk Air and Brisk Air 11 have the same identical wire diagram, so there is no reason the Dometic Smart Start 9610004642 won't work? Want to stay with Dometic brand. Chris

@Chris We do not carry a Soft Start for the Brisk Air II and I am not seeing any information to corroborate what you're saying. I recommend reaching out Dometic to confirm that information before purchasing.

@JerredH Thanks for the info. I did email Dometic. Received no response. I did install the Dometic Smart Start as the wiring diagrams for both airs are the same. I wasn’t able to mount the Smart Start on the blower, so mounted it along side the control box.works perfect.
