Can B&W Companion for GM OEM Prep Fit 2025 Silverado 1500 Without Prep Package

Is there a way to use a BandW companion hitch with GM oem puck system on a 2025 silverado without the factory puck system. Is there a rail adapter kit for that?

Hey Jim! The B&W Companion is designed to fit the prep package or the Turnoverball. If you want to use it in your 2025 Silverado 1500 you will have to add the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1019. You will also have to trade out the base for the # BWRVK3500 if you need a fixed hitch or # BWRVB3405 if you need a slider.
Do you already have base rails installed in your Silverado? If you already have rails and don't want to switch to the Turnoverball the best option is to sell the Companion and switch to the Patriot like the # BWRVK3200 you were looking at.

Hey Jim, what did you end up doing for your Silverado setup—did you go with the Turnoverball system or decide to switch to the Patriot hitch? Your update could make it easier for others trying to match a Companion hitch with a newer truck.
