Question:
Hi there I have a 06 bounder with the micro air touch thermostat, if I replace the front Coleman AC can this one still operate with my current thermostat? I like the ability to control it via WiFi wherever I am to come back to a cool house… I don’t want to use their remote.. thanks!

Hello Christopher, thanks for reaching out. The Furrion Chill Cube will not be compatible with your micro touch thermostat. We have been getting this question a lot since the Chill Cube came out, and the official answer from Furrion is the Chill Cube can only work with a Chill Cube controller and thermostat. So if you want to upgrade, you will need to change out your distribution box, controller and thermostat as well. We offer this as a complete kit for a ducted system, and for that I recommend the following:
- Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w Air Distribution Box, Thermostat - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - White # FR69TD

Hi there, I have a new question. If I were to replace the front unit with your kit would I still be able to use my easy touch thermostat with the rear ac and furnace? That way I would only use the remote that is supplied for the new ac? Or will installing it break the rear ac and furnace connection too? Thanks again
