Hey Phillip; I'm assuming you can see the blue light on the camera since you said you have power but I want to double check just to be sure. The camera can get power from running lights or the reverse light depending on how it was installed so that could be the issue.

Can you plug the monitor into another vehicle and try pairing it closer to the camera? Realistically it shouldn't matter since the range is massive but if for some reason the signal is obstructed this might solve it. If not, I recommend reaching out to Furrion directly so they can troubleshoot with you over the phone while you're at your trailer.

Futon said vehicles 2021 and newer has to have a special 7 way power cord to run the camera. It says nothing about needing accessories to run equipment when purchasing futon camera. Oh well.

@PhillipC ah then it sounds like you are having issues because of pulse width modulation (PWM) which requires the # FR87PR adapter. We do have a note about that on our product pages but I'm not sure where you got your system from. Adding this at the 7-way or permanently installing # VGR64VR on the trailer side is the only way around it for those vehicles.
