Question:
Is there an oil hub/drum kit available for a Dexter 5200 axle, 12X2 brakes, 6 lug?

Yes, but you'll need to purchase two separate kits per hub. Since you have a Dexter 5,200 lbs axle you'll want the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb Axles item # 8-201-5UC3. This uses inner bearing item # 25580 and outer bearing item # LM67048. It wouldn't hurt to confirm these bearing sizes but since you have a 6 lug hub not an 8 this is most likely the same size.
The Dexter Hub item # 8-201-5UC3 does not come pre-greased so it'll be easy to convert it to an oil bath using the Kodiak XL ProLube Kit for for 5,200-lb to 6,000-lb Axles item # XLPROLUBE2440KIT. This kit does not have threads like the higher capacity ones do which is exactly what you need. It fits a hub bore of 2.44" which is what the Dexter 5,200 lbs hubs have.
I recommend measuring the hub bore on your current hubs using a digital caliper like item # PTW80157 to get an accurate measurement. You may be able to convert your current hubs by installing the Kodiak XL ProLube Kit item # XLPROLUBE2440KIT if the hubs you're running now have a 2.44 bore. You'll want to measure where the grease cap sits.

Hey, how did things go with converting your 5,200-lb Dexter axle hubs using the Kodiak XL ProLube kit? Were the hub bore measurements close to the 2.44 inches mentioned? Your update could make it easier for others working on the same setup.
