Hey Russell, unfortunately there is no slow close lid for the Dometic Full Timer 320. What you'd have to do is replace the toilet with the Dometic 310 Part-Timer # DOM57FR.
I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but unfortunately since Dometic does not make one, your only choice is to swap it out. If there is anything else I can do to help, please feel free to drop a comment and let me know!
