Yes, we have verified with Wheel Masters that the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit - 16" to 19-1/2" Dually - Hub Mount - 135-Degree Bend # WM8001-135 will indeed work with rubber valve stems. It is recommended though to also use support brackets for added support for the rubber stems: # WM8029VS
