Question:
My enclosed trailer ramp torsion spring broke. My ramp/door opening is 63”, i held the door/when it was almost touching the ground while I was standing on a scale, and subtracted my weight from the total weight while holding the ramp/door and it came out to about 80. Which kit do I need to purchase from you?

Hey Justin, thanks for all of the info you listed on the ramp door you have. Based on that you'd want the ramp spring part # 362SA6 which can fit ramps up to 69 inches in width and has a 120 lb weight capacity. This could be wound to provide the exact amount of lift support you'd need and would work great since yours weighs 80 lbs.

Hey Justin, how did the ramp door spring work out on your enclosed trailer? It sounds like the 120‑lb capacity should have matched your 80‑lb ramp well. Sharing how it performed could help others choosing the same setup.
