What Gauge Wire To Use With SmartPlug RV Power Inlet and Connector SM46FR

Question:
What is the largest diameter wire that can be sued with this plug? I have some 6/4 wire left over and want to use that to make my RV power cord with.

Hello Matthew, thanks for reaching out. SmartPlug actually recommends using 6-gauge wire for their inlets like part # SM46FR so it sounds like what you have will work well.
