Question:
Working on the surge brakes for my 1995 Hoss boat Trailer, after removing the coupler, I see that there is not enough slack in the rubber brake line to pull the master out the front. It also seems next to impossible to be able to disconnect and reconnect the brake line through the top access hole. Any ideas other than hiring a midget with tiny hands to do the threading on and off?

Hey Mel thanks for the picture! I really like your idea and if you go forward with it, send me a video!
Unless you're wanting to cut into your coupler to give yourself some more room my only solution is to replace it with one like the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout item # DX56FR. Or one of the Demco Hydraulic Actuator item # DM72VR for Drum or item # DM62VR for Disc brakes that mount over the top.
If you could comment below with a part number off of your current actuator and some dimensions/specifications, I would be happy to make a more specific recommendation.
