Is this a direct replacement for a 2024 Brinkley Z3100 hub assy?

Hey Jason, thanks for reaching out!
From what I can find, it does look like the etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-865-7-1-K will fit your 2024 Brinkley Z3100 5th wheel, but I recommend getting the kit # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K instead because it is the exact same thing, but it comes with both the standard and the EZ Lube spindle caps so you can ensure you get an exact match.
I took a look at the information that Brinkley puts out on their trailers, and I wasn't able to find an exact listing of what they use, but our hubs use the industry standard, so I'd be really surprised if they didn't stick to that.
