I am looking for an electric over hydraulic braking system controller that braking pressure is determined by the pressure applied to the brake pedal. I do not want any activation from the trailer movement.

Hey Stephen, we have just what you need and the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED82NR would be a really great place to start as it is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes. It uses an internal intertia sensor to detect how hard you apply the brakes to determine how hard to apply the trailer brakes. There aren't any options that have a brake pedal sensor.
Then for an electric over hydraulic actuator the Hydrastar Marine part # HS381-9067 is the way to go. This is the most reliable and quickest reacting actuator we have. What kind of trailer do you have?
