Hello Brian,
Congrats on the new Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback. I have a solution for transporting your bike, but unfortunately there is not an aftermarket hitch that will fit the Hybrid models. Also, the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style # TH910XT is for the Sedan model only.
In order to transport your bike you will need to go with a roof rack system. The Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 # TH88BG would be a great fit for your hatchback. Then you could use the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier - Roof Mount # Y02103.
I know it is not the set up you were hoping for, but please let me know what you think about it after checking out the install/review videos I attached.
