Hey Gabriel, thanks for reaching out!
We have the Curt T-Connector # C56370 listed as only fitting the AWD version of your 2023 Honda CR-V because that's what Curt listed it out as. Even if they had it fitting the FWD version, I would still recommend the T-One # 118741 instead. I know it's more expensive, but it has a newer and better module (black box) and is way less likely to fail. The old Curt modules like the one on the wiring you're looking at will work, but it isn't uncommon to have issues with them.
We've installed the T-One on a 2023 CR-V so I'm attaching that video for your reference.
