Question:
I have a Patriot II Brake system, BRK2016. The RF controller I have for the unit broke today while getting ready to hook the toad up for travel. Can u recommend the one that I need to replace it please? Does the controller need to be paired once I get it? We r traveling now and r wondering how long it takes to get the part from Etrailer? Thank you.

Hey Rich, thanks for reaching out!
The correct part you're looking for is the Replacement RF Controller # BLU66CR. You will need to pair it once you get it, but that can be done through the settings on the controller itself.
When it comes to the shipping, we have different shipping options when you do the online checkout system, or you can call in to our customer service team at 1-800-940-8924 and they can help you out that way.
