How do these compare to the 28500XT, whats different?

Hey Devin, so this is a great question that I don't have a great answer to but I will do my best. So CargoBuckle makes both the # CBTH12 and the part # TH28500XT but the part # TH28500XT is the part number they make for Thule. So if you order either you'd get the same ratchet strap basically. Does that make sense?
