Does this bike rack offer a tool free install? Im not real handy and dont have the means to use tools for installing onto the vehicle and using it. thanks. Y78QD and Y53QD

Hello Julie, thanks for reaching out. The Yakima StageTwo Bike Rack # Y53QD (Gray) and # Y78QD (Black) is a tool free installation in the sense that no additional tools are required to assemble, and it can be installed on the vehicle without any tools.
For assembly, a 6mm wrench is included with the rack, and this is the only tool you will need for assembly. From there assembly is quite simple. Just putting a few screws in and tightening them down.
As far as installing the rack onto the vehicle, you simply insert the rack into the hitch, insert the hitch pin, and tighten down the hand knob. No tools needed at all.
