Hey Nicki, yes you can use the 3rd Brake Light Logic Module # PP20-702 with a vehicle that has LED lights. There are some situations where a modern vehicle that uses CANBUS (basically the nervous system of the vehicle that sends messages back and forth) has some interference issues which doesn't work well with the LED system. To fix this uncommon issue, the manufacturer recommends adding 1/4 watt diodes on each yellow input wire to the module to block out the CANBUS voltage being sent. I attached a diagram below which shows where the diodes (yellow box on diagram) would go.
