What size and part number are replacement zirk fittings for this hub?

Hey Paul, are you asking about replacement zerk fittings that would fit the spindles of the axle? If so, this is not an EZ lube axle so it doesn't have those or have ability to have them added. Or were you asking about Bearing Buddies that replace the cap with ones that have grease fittings?
I know it would seem like the grease fitting solutions would make life easier for greasing the hubs but in actuality we find that it's pretty easy to over fill the hubs with grease using them which causes seals to blow out and create a lot more work. We strongly recommend just greasing the hubs by hand.

Hey Paul, how did things go with greasing the hubs on your CE Smith axle? Your experience could point others in the right direction when deciding between hand greasing and using a fitting-style option.
