Hey Bryan! I see you went ahead and ordered the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2. These are the best option if you can only use universal towing mirrors. However, you do have custom towing mirrors available for your 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate.

If you change your mind, I recommend the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # LO54FR. These have an easy slip on installation, felt lining to protect your mirrors, and flat glass for a true reflection. Since these are made for your factory mirrors it will really cut down on vibration and noise as well.
