What Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack Fits a 2023 Ford Expedition with Rails

Question:
I have a 2023 ford expedition max with the factory side rails that run front to back. Will this platform work for my vehicle, and if so, What mounting hardware will I need to use this platform?

The correct Rhino-Rack Pioneer tray that fits your 2023 Ford Expedition is the 59" x 54" Kit # RR76KP, which comes with mounting hardware to secure directly to the raised rails on your vehicle. The larger 84" x 49" tray part # RR25TB you were looking at won't be able to secure to enough places on your raised rails for it to be safely used.
I really like the way the Pioneer secures to the raised rails. Most people that us platforms like this just keep them on the roof full time so having it secure with bolts instead of clamps or straps just adds a little more peace of mind to the whole setup.
