HI i have a 2006 chevy suburban, will this fit?

To determine if the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier, part # M2205-01-02 will fit your Suburban, you will need to take a quick measurement. Measure the distance from the hitch pin hole to the furthest rearward point of the back bumper. If this distance is less than about 2 inches, then the carrier will fit. If not, you will not be able to slide the shank into the receiver far enough for the hitch pin holes to align.
Carpod offers # M2200-2201 that offers a bit more clearance, if your distance measurement was less than about 3-1/2 inches, then the M2200-2201 would fit.
If this is not enough clearance, I would recommend a tray-type carrier like the Pro Series # 63153 along with a cargo carrier bag like part # 988501.
