Hey Kevin, the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-1400 do come in a set so you get both bars. They also include all the hardware, so you don't need to worry about that either.

Westin does have a set of similar E-Series running boards that do fit your regular cab truck with part #23-1400 but the part #23-1680 that you referenced does not fit since it's for extended cab trucks.
