Hey Tom,
Atwood has been out of business for long enough now that all replacement parts for most of their products, including your MPD86065, have been discontinued and sold out. This leaves you with either replacing the entire system with one like the HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack System # LC736514-ELKIT or you could reach out to a local fabricator shop and see if they can make a new crank or fix the one you have if it's broken.
We also offer a manual crank option with the Brophy Heavy Duty Cable Camper Jacks - 67" Max Lift Height - 4,000lbs # CX74 that you could use in place of the Atwood jacks.
I would try reaching out to ta fab shop though, they should be able to make you a simple crank without costing you a fortune.
