will this work with the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox and Curt Base Plates - RV Mount - 2inch Hitch - 6K lbs part number e47ZR

No, it won't but I have something that does. Since you're using the etrailer tow bar item # e47ZR and what I am assuming is a Blue Ox base plate like item # BX1139 you'll need to use the Sentry Deflector etrailer Tow Bars item # DM9523135.
The Sentry Deflector item # DM9523135 is designed specifically to work with etrailer tow bars. These vehicle guards all match up with the same brand of tow bar. If you are using a Blue Ox base plate you'll also need the Demco Sentry Deflector Adapter Kit for Blue Ox Base Plates item # DM9523061.
