I have a 365 Pack 16 5th wheel and I keep running into issues with the leaf spring hangers breaking. I believe this will eliminate my issue as I use my camper weekly. Could you confirm this would be a good fit for a Forest River 365 pack 16?

Hey Jonathon, typically whenever your leaf spring brackets / components are breaking it's usually caused by worn out components, improper alignment of your axles, or previous damage to the suspension system. Most commonly it's because of worn out components or an overloaded trailer.
Using the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers # RM-2460-2570 should definitely take care of that issue, but I'd still suggest making sure you're not overloaded.
Also, this kit is for 5,200 to 7,000 lb axle trailers, so you'd actually want the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks # RM-2470-2580 instead which are for bigger 8k axles.
