Can Curt A20 Hitch Head Replace Curt A16 Hitch Head

Question:
I have an cirt A16 5th wheel on a slide.can I just change the head with an A20 head or do I need to replace the whole thing

Great question, Jack!
As long as it's all A-Series, then you can definitely swap out the A16 head for the A20 Head # C16540 on your sliding 5th wheel.
Keep in mind that your sliding legs should also have a weight capacity, an if it's under 20K then the slider will be your limiting factor. Let me know what part number you have for the sliding legs, or send in some photos and I'd be more than happy to confirm your weight capacity for you!
