The Sway Control Drop Ball Attachment # SHK49ZR only comes as the ball platform section you see in the linked photo.
To replace the shank as well you'll need either part # SHK24MR for a 2" hitch receiver, or part # SHK57MR for a 2-1/2" receiver.
