Question:

Looking for a rack system for on top of my 2013 Jayco popup camper Jay Series. I would like something that can carry bikes or a 12 foot aluminum boat of just regular cargo. You can also send a response Thank you

We have a couple of racks that may work for the top of your Jayco popup camper. I recommend the SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack, part # SR1020. This features telescoping crossbars that can be adjusted to lengths of 80, 83, or 86 inches. This rack has a weight capacity of 200 lbs. This will not fit trailer roofs with rounded or curved edges.

Another roof rack you may want to check out is the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack, part # S80510. This system is not designed to be used with plastic one-piece trailer tops. this system has a weight capacity of 150 lbs.

I have a 2012 Jayco. Jayco series. Am I going to create a leak using a roof rack? Jayco pop up 1207 0166. What do you recommend?

@ElaineW Installation for both of these racks requires using silicone to seal the holes you are going to have to drill into the roof for the installation.
