Question:
I have a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 2 door V6, the max towing capacity is 2000lbs. I am purchasing a 2025 Sunset Park Sunray 109 camper with a dry weight of 1,450lbs. Will the Blue Ox RP34FR be the best option for me for, weight distribution, anti-sway control? Can I back up with this unit? Thank you!!

Hey Steven,
The # RP34FR is a Sidewinder pin box and is not what you're needing, but I assume you're instead referring to the Blue Ox # BXW0350, correct? If so, then yes, I do recommend going with a Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution hitch as they're one of the easiest to setup and use. The brackets simply clamp to the trailer's frame and provided tool makes the setting the chain tension drastically easier than other models.
The # BXW0350 is designed for tongue weights ranging from 150lbs - 350lbs so it's the right capacity for your setup based on what you've stated and also does allow for backing up without having to disconnect anything. You will want to measure for the drop though; Wranglers can vary in height quite a bit depending on the wheels so you could potentially need a larger shank to keep the trailer level while towing. I've attached a guide below to walk you through measuring for the correct drop. Let me know what the height difference is between the coupler of the trailer and trailer hitch receiver and I can doublecheck that the shank has enough range.
