Yes, it will! I went out to the warehouse and pulled both the A-Frame Trailer Coupler item # CA-5335-B and our BulletProof Hitches Extreme Duty Coupler Lock item # BPH96VR off the shelf. They were next to each other so that really helped.
As you can see in the pictures below. I was able to slide the lock over the coupler's wider lip by angling it. I was able to secure it and I can tell you with 100% certainty that it is not going anywhere.
