Does The Replacement BOLT Lock Cylinder for Tailgate Handle Include The Retainer Clip?

Question:
Does the lock include the metal retainer clip. My bezel has a hole for the lock but currently does not have a lock ie I need the retainer clip with the lock.

Hello Charles, thanks for reaching out. The Replacement BOLT Lock Cylinder for Tailgate Handle # BL709231 is the cylinder only and does not include the retainer clip. Sadly, we do not offer the retainer by itself so your best option here will be to replace the whole handle assembly since that would come with the cylinder and retainer clip.
