Hi Josh; what you have is a Lippert 3,500 lb axle with an 85-1/2" hub face measurement (length) and 70" spring center measurement. All of our 3,500 lb axles are too long to replace what you have so I would reach out to Lippert or Dexter to see if they have a replacement that matches.

We may have leaf springs but there is no way for me to identify them with that information. We already know the capacity so you will need to measure to find the right ones. I attached an article below which explains how to measure, along with a link to all of our 3,500 lb leaf springs which can be sorted by length.

For example, the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # e97SR is 27" spring eye to spring eye. You can also use the flat measurement which is 28". If this matches your current leaf springs you can use this as a replacement.

Hey Josh, were you able to find a replacement axle after reaching out to Lippert or Dexter? I’m also curious if the 27-inch 4-leaf spring ended up matching your old ones. Your update could make it easier for others working on a similar trailer repair.
