The B&W Companion # BWRVK3710 weighs in at 152.34 lbs, but if you remove the head that will cut the weight about in half since the head weighs in at 70 lbs itself.
An alternative solution that's lighter is the PullRite OEX Super 5th-Wheel Hitch # PUL36ZR. This weighs in at a mere 94 lbs and the removable head is 42 lbs so it's going to be significantly easier to maneuver in and out of your truck bed.
