The transmission cooler I recommend for your 1999 Honda Accord with the 2.3L engine is the Derale Transmission Cooler, part # D13503. This is a Class lll plate-fin cooler that will prolong the life of your transmission and help improve overall performance. This system comes with the hose, stainless steel clamps and radiator adapter.
If space is limited on your Accord, you can take a look at one of the shorter coolers like part 3 D13611.
