Hey Edward,
The difference between the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axles # 8-219-9UC3 and # 8-219-9UC3-A is the grease seal. You'll want to either check your current seal for a part number or measure the grease seal spot on your spindle with a caliper # PTW80157 to see which is going to be the right fit. The # 8-219-9UC3 uses grease seal # 10-10 which has a 2.125" inner diameter. The # 8-219-9UC3-A uses grease seal # 10-63 which has a 2.250" inner diameter.
You'll need to verify which seal your current hubs use and then we can pick the correct replacement.

Hey Edward, did you get a chance to measure the grease seal spot on your spindle to confirm which hub fits your Dexter axle? Once you verified that size, it should have made it clear whether the # 8-219-9UC3 or # 8-219-9UC3-A was the right match. Your update could make it easier for others working on the same hub swap.
