Hey Ron,
It unfortunately looks like we don't offer a hub that's compatible with the # LM48548 and I couldn't find an alternative bearing that would match that same inner diameter to fit the spindle. The only option we could offer at this point would be to have a shop weld on a new more commonly-sized spindle to your current axle or replace the axle entirely. Typically, the cost of replacing the spindle outweighs the cost of a new axle so I'd explore both options.
To replace the axle you'll need to measure the distance from the center of one spring seat to the center of the other. You'll also need to have the hubs on the spindle and measure from the face of one over to the face of the other hub to ensure the wheels sit in the same spot.

Hey Ron, were you able to measure the spring seat and hub face distances for your trailer axle? Knowing what you found could help others trying to match older Orbit trailer setups.
