what weight distribution anti sway hitch would you recommend for an 01 Coleman Utah popup camper?

Hi Bill,

From what I could find, your 2001 Coleman Utah pop-up camper has a 2,500 lb GVWR (though do please verify that), and based on that you can go with the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0450

This is for tongue weights up to 450 lbs so it is properly rated and offers very good sway control, created by friction at two points on the brackets. So what the Fastway will do is give you a more controlled (and safer) towing experience. The only other thing you'll need is a hitch ball, depending on the size your trailer couples to, either the 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # C40002 or 2" Hitch Ball # C54CR.

Hey Bill, how did the Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch work out with your Coleman Utah camper? Did it give you the smoother, more stable towing you were looking for? Your update could make it easier for others towing similar pop-ups.
