Will hitch 15319 fit under a roll pan bumper on a 1997 dodge 2500 long bed?

Hello Jonathan, thanks for reaching out. The Curt Trailer Hitch # C15319 will not fit with the roll pan bumper on a 1997 Dodge 2500 long bed. It will only work with the standard factory bumper. I was able to confirm this with my contact at Curt. Sadly, we do not have any hitch for the roll pan bumper.
