Hello Devin,
I have some bad news for you as a hub with bearings LM48548 and M12649 is not available. I checked elsewhere and there isn't a hub available I can find anywhere that uses those bearings. The only option is to replace your axle, which I know isn't news you want to hear but it's the best thing to do since there isn't a hub.
In order to choose the correct replacement axle for your trailer you will need to know the dimensions of your current axle's hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center; I have added a link below to a video which walks you through how to measure. The other thing you need to know is the weight capacity of the axle you need, which should match or exceed the GVWR of your trailer.
For example, the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # 7359765 has a 3,500 lb capacity and measures 95 inches from hub face to hub face and 80 inches from spring center to spring center.
I've added a link below to our selection of axles for you which you can filter through by length.

Hey Devin, were you able to measure your trailer axle to see if one like the Dexter 3,500‑lb beam would fit? Knowing what you found could help others trying to match bearings and hub sizes for older trailers.
