Wiring the Mazda 6 sport Wagon for a 4-Way trailer connection is pretty easy. We do not have a specific wiring diagram for the Mazda 6 Sport Wagon but the only directions that would be different is how to get to the tail light wiring behind the tail lights. All I can tell you at this time is that you will need to figure out how the tail lights are installed and remove them or access their wiring somehow. Many times this requires removing interior panels on each side of the vehicle.
Once you have accessed the tail light wiring you will need to use a circuit tester, to identify each of the functions needed. Identify the wires by function only, manufacturers change wiring colors often and this is the only way to be sure each connection is correct. You will connect the brown wire from the Modulite Converter, item # C59496 to the taillight circuit, the red wire to the stop light wire, the yellow wire to the left turn signal wire and the green wire to the right turn signal. Connect the ground wire to a suitable location. Run a power wire to the vehicle battery through an inline fuse holder to the vehicle battery. The # C59496 includes a circuit tester as well as all the necessary wire and hardware to complete the installation.
