Anti-Rattle Device for Subar Ascent Towing Camper

Hello, I have a Subaru Ascent that I tow small campers with 1100-2500 lbs. I get a lot of banging on the hitch, especially on bumpy roads. I was reviewing the Curt Rocker ball and wondered if it would help in this situation. I also need a height adjustable mount to use it on, with a anti banging option. I did look at the Curt Rebellion XD, but that seems overkill for my application. Thank you.

Hey Lewis, actually what you are experiencing is looseness between the ball mount and the hitch tube so all you need is an anti rattle device to get rid of that. For that we have the anti rattle part # e99007 which will hold the hitch tube tight to the ball mount and get rid of that sound.
