How Is The Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack e33VV Powered?

Question:

can this be powered by just a 7 pin connector or does the trailer need to have a battery?

Hello Josh, thanks for reaching out. The Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack # e33VV cannot be powered by the 7-way. It needs its own full size deep cycle RV/marine battery. You will also need battery cables for connecting to the HPU.

@Jay You will just need a (red) and negative (black) battery cable to run to the HPU. We do not carry any here but an auto parts or hardware store should have them. It is also recommended to install insulating boots after connecting the battery cables. The instructions cover what size cables to use based on the length of wire.
