Hi Joseph; based on the E and F rating that must be the load range of the tires. This is the same as the ply rating. Moving from E to F is alright to do, it will be a slightly higher capacity with a higher ply. I wouldn't jump more than a single rating or you may end up with a rough ride. Speed ratings are typically L, M, and N. The base speed rating on tires can be J or K which would be 65 mph but tires with this rating typically don't list it, it is implied if the other speed ratings are absent.

Hey Joseph, how did things go after switching from E to F rated tires on your Keystone Outback? Your results could help others thinking about a similar upgrade.
