Question:

I want a trailer hitch on the side of an rv. There are many things i can attach to a 2” trailer hitch like a hammock holder or a table but want it on the side not the back of the rv

Hey Liz, you'd need to look into having a combo bar like the part # E-11 welded to the frame of your RV where you are wanting it. There are no side mounted hitch options available so you would have to have something welded or fabricated.

Thanks. If i weld a receiver then this adjustable one could probably work toward the side. @Liz That is a great hitch but it's tongue weight capacity is 350 lbs. If the hitch would only be used at a stop I am sure 400 lb would be fine but it doesn't have a static weight capacity.
